Fileshare Demo

This is an example of a page (as a part of a larger site with many users and many uses) being dedicated to one user as a file share. The site could be dedicated to the one page and used simply for this purpose. Formatting and presentation can be changed to suit, or it could be hidden within a site.

• If you are not owner of this page (and you are not a designated administrator) you cannot add/remove files or edit content but if given permission you can see it. e.g. In this example only the fileshare user would be able to see this page.
• To download a file listed below just right click in the traditional fashion and 'save as' (windows).
• As owner of this page (the fileshare user) you may click the 'EDIT' tab above and edit this content directly. When editting you can use the 'Attach New File' functionality to attach/remove files.

If the requirement is more complex multiple pages can be used or if required a hierachical approach can be used. Different users can access different pages. The options are many but to the user it is as easy as upload/download.
